Pool Excavation Desjoyaux Pools require only 60 cm above and beyond the poolarea excavated, to install the pool structure by mechanized excavators under theguidance of a highly well trained professionals.
Pool Assembly DESCO panels – our proprietary tools are then used to erect the pool wall. Assembled panels are brought to site in the shape of pool required, and erected at site along with the steel work reinforcement.
Concrete Pour Once the panels are ready, checked for alignment, then concrete is poured on the floor and into the wall Desco panels all at once to create a homogeneous and monolithic structure. Use of pre-fabricated panels ensures speedy concrete pour. Traditional building methods would require 20-30 days to accomplish the same, while this can be achieved by us in much lesser time.
Pool Liner Installation The liner is then installed in your in-ground swimming pool. Desjoyaux Pools offer re-enforced PVC liners with select options on colors and borders. Once the PVC liner is precisely and professionally fit, water is added to the pool to stretch the liner and take shape of the pool.
Filter Installation A qualified electrician will then assemble and fit the filter unit,suspended on the pool wall, in the designated area.WITH THE USE OF THE “ACTIVE CASING – DESCO PANELS” AND PIPE-LESSFILTER, Desjoyaux substantially reduces the installation time to a matter of 15 days(For a 12 x 6 meters pool as a reference size) versus 6-8 weeks for traditionalsystems. The use of these technologies also makes available a limitless range of shapes, designs and sizes, besides the surety of a trouble free and easy to maintain pool system.
